Responsibility
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents within specified time frames.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate deliveries.
- Obtain signatures and confirm deliveries as required.
- Load and unload packages from vehicle efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Report any delays or issues to the dispatch team.
Qualification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of New York City streets and traffic patterns is a plus.
- Previous courier or delivery experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
