SwiftCourier Logistics is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing team as full-time couriers in New York City. Responsibility
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and secure manner
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtain signatures when required
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Communicate with dispatchers and management regarding delivery status
- Handle payments and collect COD when applicable
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Qualification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with NYC streets
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance (if using personal vehicle)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
