Responsibility

  • Operate aircraft as Second-in-Command under Captain supervision on scheduled commercial flights
  • Monitor flight instruments, navigation systems, and communication equipment throughout all phases of flight
  • Assist Captain with pre-flight inspections, weight and balance calculations, and flight planning
  • Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and company operations personnel
  • Participate in ground training, simulator sessions, and recurrent proficiency checks
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort while delivering exceptional in-flight service standards

Qualification

  • ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate with appropriate type ratings
  • FAA First Class Medical certificate with no restrictions
  • Minimum 1,500 total flight hours with commercial pilot privileges
  • Minimum 500 hours of pilot-in-command time
  • Instrument rating with 200+ hours of actual or simulated instrument time
  • Previous experience in scheduled airline or 121 operations preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Must pass comprehensive background investigation and security vetting
