Responsibility
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all emergency equipment is operational
- Greet passengers professionally and assist with boarding and seating
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks while maintaining highest service standards
- Monitor passenger comfort and respond to requests throughout the flight
- Lead safety demonstrations and enforce aviation security protocols
- Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
- Complete post-flight documentation and cabin inspections
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid US passport with ability to travel internationally
- Minimum 21 years of age at time of hire
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or service industry
- Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English; second language is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass background check and medical examination
