Responsibility
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering, screening, and routing incoming calls with a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the reception area, lobby, and common areas to ensure they are tidy, organized, and reflect the company's high standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating conference room bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact for emergency situations, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office correspondence.
Qualification
