Responsibility
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and performance management systems
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies across Gujarat
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism
- Oversee HRIS data management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends to improve employee satisfaction
- Support organizational development initiatives including training needs assessment and L&D program implementation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in Gujarat-based organizations
- Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity)
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
- Proven track record in talent acquisition for IT/manufacturing sectors
