Responsibility

  • Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and performance management systems
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies across Gujarat
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism
  • Oversee HRIS data management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends to improve employee satisfaction
  • Support organizational development initiatives including training needs assessment and L&D program implementation

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience in Gujarat-based organizations
  • Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity)
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
  • SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition for IT/manufacturing sectors
