Responsibility
- Deliver packages and documents safely and punctually to designated addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and fuel economy
- Handle special delivery requirements (fragile items, cold chain, etc.)
- Report delivery exceptions and customer feedback promptly
Qualification
- Valid SIM C with minimum 1-year driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg packages
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Clean criminal record and good character references
- High school diploma or equivalent
