Precision GeoSolutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. We specialize in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and construction staking for commercial and residential projects across the Greater Houston area.

Responsibility
- Perform boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and levels
- Research deed records, plats, and other legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Establish control points and benchmarks for ongoing projects
- Calculate and verify survey data for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare maps, plats, legal descriptions, and technical reports
- Mark and stake property corners and construction points
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and contractors regarding project requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
- Licensed Land Surveyor (L.S.) in the state of Texas or eligible to obtain licensure
- Minimum 3 years of field survey experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, or similar software
- Experience with RTK GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors
- Strong understanding of Texas Platting and Subdivision regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
