Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to construction documentation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Develop innovative sustainable design solutions integrated with smart technologies
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and urban planning teams
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and ADA regulations
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and municipal boards
Qualification
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience with licensed registration (NCARB)
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven experience leading teams of 5+ architects
- Deep knowledge of Bay Area zoning and sustainability standards
- Exceptional presentation and client communication skills
