In this role, you will lead complex projects from concept through construction administration, working closely with a collaborative team of designers, engineers, and clients. Responsibility

  • Lead and manage architectural design projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts, schematic designs, and design development documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Prepare and oversee the production of construction documents, specifications, and detailing.
  • Conduct site visits, field reviews, and construction administration tasks to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of learning and design excellence.
  • Engage in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations, to secure new projects.
  • Utilize advanced software tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM 360) for digital design and Building Information Modeling.

Qualification

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (AIA / NCARB) with a minimum of 8+ years of post-licensure experience in a renowned architecture firm.
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, ADA compliance, and California Title 24 energy standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • LEED AP, WELL AP, or similar sustainability certification is highly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of built work and design conceptualization skills.
