Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to construction documentation
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Develop innovative sustainable design solutions compliant with NYC building codes
- Present design proposals to clients, municipalities, and review boards
- Mentor junior architects and drive design excellence across projects
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Integrate BIM technologies and digital fabrication processes
Qualification
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years progressive experience in high-rise/mixed-use projects
- NYC-registered architect license (RA)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven portfolio of built projects in dense urban environments
- Strong client relationship and presentation skills
- Knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and Local Laws
