Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Develop detailed architectural plans using BIM technologies (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, landscape)
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Manage client relationships and project timelines/budgets
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Conduct site visits and construction phase reviews
Qualification
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Illinois architectural license required
- Proven experience with commercial and mixed-use projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
