Responsibility
- Lead design development and documentation for complex architectural projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Mentor junior architects and guide design reviews
- Integrate BIM technology throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA regulations
- Present concepts to clients, stakeholders, and review boards
Qualification
- Professional Architecture License (NY registered required)
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Masters degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects
