Responsibility
- Direct all architectural phases from schematic design to construction documentation
- Lead BIM/CAD teams using Revit and Rhino for complex parametric modeling
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder presentations
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and LEED/Sustainable standards
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate MEP/structural consultants
- Oversee project budgets and construction administration
Qualification
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of experience
- NY State Architect License (RA) required
- Portfolio featuring 3+ large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Expertise in Revit, Rhino, and parametric design tools
- Proven track record in NYC zoning and regulatory navigation
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation and client management skills
