Responsibility
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants during all project phases
- Manage client relationships and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA standards, and local regulations
- Develop innovative solutions using BIM technologies (Revit, Rhino)
- Contribute to firm-wide design strategy and business development
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited program
- 10+ years progressive experience with licensed architect registration (AIA/NCARB)
- Expertise in Revit, Rhino, and architectural visualization tools
- Proven portfolio of built projects demonstrating design excellence
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials science
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
