Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys using total stations, GPS, and 3D laser scanning
- Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for commercial properties
- Analyze topographic data using Civil 3D and Auto Civil
- Manage project documentation and compliance with state regulations
- Lead stakeholder meetings with engineers, architects, and government agencies
- Mentor junior surveyors and QA/QC review of deliverables
- Develop boundary surveys for land development projects
Qualification
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Colorado
- 5+ years of experience in commercial land surveying
- Proficiency with Trimble Business Center and Carlson Software
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or Geomatics
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with drone-based photogrammetry workflows
- Strong understanding of Colorado Revised Statutes Title 38
- Proven track record on infrastructure projects valued >$5M
