Responsibility

  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols per health regulations
  • Collaborate with the sous chef and head chef on seasonal menu development

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume restaurant
  • ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification
