Responsibility
- Lead and optimize daily operational workflows across multiple departments to ensure peak efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve business outcomes.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to align with corporate financial goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute long-term strategic plans.
- Mentor and develop a team of supervisors and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supply chain logistics to reduce costs and enhance quality.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Drive technology adoption and process automation initiatives to scale operations effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations or management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational KPIs.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and resource planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a distinct advantage.
