Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations or management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational KPIs.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and resource planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification is a distinct advantage.
