Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ logistics specialists through performance coaching and training
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Analyze operational KPIs and develop data-driven action plans for performance enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in logistics/supply chain with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization methodologies
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
