Qualification

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in tech or manufacturing environments
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma) highly desirable
