Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of 15+ team members, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Manage inventory control systems and supply chain logistics with precision
- Conduct performance reviews and create personalized development plans for direct reports
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational objectives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting 15% annual efficiency gains
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team-building abilities
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
