Responsibility

  • Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring all messages are accurately documented and delivered.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an organized and timely manner.
  • Manage the conference room calendar, including booking, setup, and breakdown for internal and external meetings.

Qualification
