Responsibility
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring all messages are accurately documented and delivered.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an organized and timely manner.
- Manage the conference room calendar, including booking, setup, and breakdown for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate transportation and lunch arrangements for guests and executives when necessary.
- Serve as the point of contact for building security and facility management.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or business certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
