Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic academic plans aligned with institutional goals and state standards
- Lead faculty recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation systems
- Oversee curriculum design, assessment protocols, and instructional technology integration
- Manage operational functions including budgets, facilities, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Foster community partnerships and parent engagement initiatives
- Drive school-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Represent the institution at board meetings, community events, and regulatory bodies
Qualification
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field (Ed.D./Ph.D. preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive educational leadership experience
- Valid Massachusetts Principal/Supervisor license
- Proven track record in curriculum development and data-driven instruction
- Expertise in budget management and resource allocation
- Experience with strategic planning and change management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
