Guardian Alliance Security Services is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our elite team protecting premier events and corporate facilities across the Greater Los Angeles area. Responsibility
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and screening visitors using metal detectors and X-ray equipment
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to detect signs of intrusion, theft, or suspicious activity
- Respond swiftly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms while following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports documenting all observations and actions taken
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees with directions and inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Ensure compliance with venue-specific policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Valid California Guard Card certification and BBSIT certification
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or emergency response (1+ years preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent observational skills with ability to remain alert for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clean background check with no felony convictions
