Responsibility
- Lead architectural design development from concept through construction documentation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects and design teams
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and regulations
- Develop BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Qualification
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- NY State Architect License (RA) required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Enscape
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial/residential projects
- Experience with NYC zoning and landmark regulations
- Strong leadership and client management skills
