Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications for high-profile developments
- Develop innovative design solutions integrating sustainable building practices
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and ADA regulations
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban sites
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice
- NY State Architect License (RA) required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software
- Proven portfolio of large-scale commercial or residential projects
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and client management skills
