Responsibility
- Lead architectural design phases from concept through construction documentation
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations using BIM software
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and design solutions
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineering teams
- Review and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Mentor junior architects and draftspersons on best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualification
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional experience with significant project portfolio
- Licensed Architect in New York State (or able to obtain licensure)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- LEED accreditation is a plus
