Responsibility
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and institutional projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior architects and manage project workflow using BIM technologies
- Drive innovation in sustainable design and material applications
Qualification
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) in Illinois
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery and design excellence
- Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA, and LEED certification processes
- Experience leading projects $50M+
