Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Utilize BIM and other advanced modeling technologies to enhance design efficiency.
Qualification
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an NAAB-accredited program.
- Licensed Architect (AIA preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices (LEED AP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with commercial, residential, or institutional project types.
