Responsibility
- Deliver premium haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to discerning clientele
- Consult with clients to understand style preferences and recommend tailored solutions
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and sanitize tools/workstations per industry regulations
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and rapport
- Stay current with barbering techniques, trends, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless client journey
- Manage inventory and product recommendations for retail sales
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years professional barbering experience in high-end establishments
- Valid Illinois Barber License (IL Barber License # required)
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of classic and modern barbering techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
