Responsibility
- Lead the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed technical reports, including as-built drawings and soil reports.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Utilize advanced software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) to create precise engineering models and documentation.
- Perform structural analysis and risk assessment to identify potential engineering challenges early in the project lifecycle.
- Oversee junior engineers and interns, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Qualification
- Bachelorās Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software and BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
