Pride Infrastructure Group is a premier civil engineering firm based in Austin, TX, specializing in land development and public works projects. We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead complex design projects from conception through construction.

Responsibility
- Manage and execute site development projects including conceptual design, detailed grading, utility plans, and stormwater management.
- Prepare and seal engineering plans, specifications, and reports in compliance with City of Austin and TxDOT standards.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and HEC-RAS.
- Perform quality control reviews of project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in business development activities including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, specifically in land development.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology software.
- Familiarity with local jurisdictional regulations (City of Austin, Travis County).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
