Responsibility
- Collection & Delivery: Safely collect parcels from local sorting hubs and deliver them to residential and commercial clients with precision and care.
- Proof of Delivery: Utilize our mobile application to capture customer signatures and photos upon successful delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a professional face-to-face service, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues or exceptions immediately.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is clean, tidy, and mechanically sound before and after each shift.
- Route Planning: Optimize your daily routes using GPS technology to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery times.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualification
- Valid License: A full UK driving license (Category B for van drivers or appropriate license for bike couriers).
- ID & Vetting: Valid passport or ID card and the ability to pass a standard background check (DBS check may be required).
- Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Greater London road networks and traffic patterns.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Vehicle Access: Access to a reliable vehicle (Van or Bike) with fully comprehensive insurance.
