Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operations staff members, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering professional growth
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company-wide objectives and market trends
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity by 20% or more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and technology to drive integrated business solutions
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports, budget forecasts, and performance metrics to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations
- Identify and resolve complex operational challenges while implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large teams and driving organizational change
- Proficiency with operations management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and deliver results within cost constraints
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus
