- Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation across departments
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business strategy
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex organizational change
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent strongly desired
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience in scaling operations in high-growth environments
