- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and client teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Manage all aspects of production logistics: location scouting, talent coordination, scheduling, and on-set problem solving.
- Lead post-production workflows including rough cuts, color grading (DaVinci Resolve), sound design, and final delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, bringing innovative shooting techniques and narrative styles to every project.
- Mentor junior videographers and interns, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize video content for platform-specific requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, OTT/Linear).
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional videography experience, preferably in an agency or production house environment.
- Mastery of professional camera systems, lighting theory, and audio capture techniques.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong narrative eye, technical ability, and diverse style.
- Deep understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for broadcast and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for equipment transport across Los Angeles County.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
