Responsibility
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and masonry tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Install and finish drywall, roofing, and exterior cladding systems
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain organized material staging
- Adhere to strict safety standards and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors for seamless project delivery
- Perform demolition and site preparation for new developments
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- TX Driver's License with clean record
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Experience with LEED/Green Building practices a plus
