Responsibility
- Execute construction tasks per blueprints and project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, etc.) with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualification
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A or B CDL license preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Team player with excellent communication skills
