Responsibility
- Execute precise construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts, etc.)
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Class B CDL preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
