Responsibility
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, updating inventory records
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety procedures and participate in monthly safety drills
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technologies
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (cold/hot zones)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
