Responsibility
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS software to maximize throughput
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with inventory management software
- Problem-solving skills with lean methodology knowledge
