Responsibility
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, pastries, and merchandise
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink specials and promotions
- Train new baristas on brewing standards and customer engagement protocols
- Support café operations during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
