Responsibility
- Prepare specialty beverages using precision techniques (espresso, latte art, pour-over)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in all stations
- Source and inventory premium coffee beans and fresh ingredients
- Collaborate with team during peak hours while maintaining quality control
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Latte art certification or demonstrable advanced skills
- Knowledge of single-origin brewing methods
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings
