Responsibility
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Master espresso extraction and maintain espresso machine hygiene
- Train new team members on brewing techniques and product knowledge
- Develop seasonal drink menus and innovate customer favorites
- Manage inventory ordering and stock rotation for freshness
- Create warm, welcoming experiences for every guest
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert-level espresso and pour-over brewing skills
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours with grace
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Passion for sustainable sourcing and ethical practices
