Responsibility
- Execute flawless espresso-based beverages and manual brewing techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee protocols and service standards
- Develop seasonal specials using premium single-origin beans
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control
- Foster community engagement through cupping events and workshops
- Uphold rigorous hygiene and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow during peak hours while maintaining exceptional service
Qualification
- 3+ years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to train and develop team members
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Portfolio of innovative beverage creations
