Responsibility
- Execute professional photo shoots for commercial, fashion, and product campaigns using both artificial and natural lighting setups
- Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, and clients to interpret briefs and achieve desired visual outcomes
- Manage end-to-end production including pre-production planning, location scouting, and equipment preparation
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One) to brand specifications
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring proper file naming and metadata tagging
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging techniques, and new equipment technologies
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations before delivery
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional commercial photography experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating editorial and product work
- Advanced proficiency in studio lighting techniques, including strobes, continuous lights, and natural light manipulation
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One for post-processing and color grading
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling principles
- Experience with medium format and full-frame camera systems (Phase One, Hasselblad, Canon, Sony)
- Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-location shoots
