Responsibility
- Develop and execute original, on-brand visual concepts for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning tech, lifestyle, and finance sectors.
- Lead the design direction for major campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and creative innovation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive and beautiful digital product interfaces that delight users.
- Present concepts and creative strategies to clients, confidently defending design rationale while remaining open to constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers, curating a high standard of craft and conceptual thinking within the team.
- Continuously research industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our agency's output on the cutting edge.
Qualification
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or high-volume in-house creative team.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory. Proficiency in Figma is required.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, typography, and brand system development.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and basic video editing is a strong plus.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles for both print and digital.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for design culture and continuous learning.
