We are seeking a visionary Graphic Designer who thrives on conceptual thinking and pixel-perfect execution. This is a hybrid role based in our vibrant SoHo studio, offering the perfect blend of collaborative brainstorming and focused creative production. Responsibility
- Develop and execute groundbreaking visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to translate strategic objectives into cohesive design systems.
- Own the full design lifecycle, from initial mood boards and wireframes to final polished assets and style guides.
- Present creative concepts to clients, articulate design rationale, and iterate based on constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising creative integrity.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques (AI design tools, motion design, etc.) to keep our work fresh and leading-edge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related relevant field (equivalent professional experience considered).
- 4+ years of professional agency or in-house design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Experience with Figma and Sketch is required.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems.
- Experience in motion design (After Effects) and basic video editing is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing presentations and internal collaboration.
- Proven ability to take creative direction and work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of design excellence.
