Responsibility
- Welcome and greet clients, vendors, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a premium hospitality experience.
- Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and taking detailed messages.
- Coordinate conference room schedules, meeting setups, and catering requests for executive-level meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with meticulous tracking.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence as needed.
- Monitor building access and security protocols, issuing visitor badges and maintaining logs.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company-wide initiatives and client functions.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management software (e.g., Concierge, Envoy).
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
