Responsibility
- Input and update data from various sources into company databases and spreadsheets
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure data integrity
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems
- Generate regular reports, summaries, and data exports as requested
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
- Perform regular data backups and maintenance tasks
- Respond to data queries and provide support to departments as needed
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and data management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
